Session fees and payment methods
One of the great advantages of PC recording is consistency of sound quality. A quick recording can be made with same sound quality as a master recording. The main difference being the attention paid to the actual steel playing.
To load the source file onto the recording system, record a simple two pass steel track (pad and lead) and return a final steel part in a .wav format typically costs $50.00 or £32.00. Where parts need to be learnt and developed I will provide an estimate of the total cost before proceeding.
Carrying out the above for a master session will need to be negotiated. For a master session I usually like to put on new strings the day before the session and ensure I have time to develop the part and rehearse before recording.
The simplest way to pay is PayPal. I can also accept cash, money transfers and cheques. Note: Once proof tracks have been accepted payment is required before final tracks are transferred.
